I love baking. Fall/Winter are my favorite seasons! Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are my favorite Holidays! ALL THE BAKING!
Sometimes though, I’m a lazy baker. I don’t think that really matters too much if the end result is still delicious. Am I right?! Yeah, I know.
So today, I’m sharing with you my sneaky super easy pumpkin snickerdoodle cookies!
You ready for the overly complicated recipe?
Okay…. you asked for it!
Canned pumpkin, a bag of Snickerdoodle mix, an egg.
Instead of butter, I substituted pumpkin and I left out the water.
Set aside the cinnamon/sugar pack.
Mix your pumpkin, egg, and snickerdoodle mix.
Roll out little blobs into the sugar pack (that you’ve poured into a bowl or something).
Back on 375 for 8-10 minutes.
