Lasagna is my comfort food. It’s the way to my heart. Compare to me Garfield, if you will, but oh my goodness, yum. No matter which way you slice it, lasagna is just good.
To make it you will need,
Bertolli five cheese sauce
1/2 pound pork sausage
1 pound ground turkey
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1/4 c parsley
salt and pepper
Cook noodles according to packaging.
Brown meat (mix it together in pan). The sausage adds a little bit of a kick to the kind of bland ground turkey. Drain, and add sauce.
For the cheesy mixture, mix together the parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, salt and pepper.
Layer your pan with a light layer of the sauce mix.
Then layer: noodles, sauce, cheese.
Noodles, sauce, cheese. Noodles, sauce, cheese until done.
Bake at 350 degrees, covered with foil (or use a cooking sheet to cover it). Bake for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melting and cooked.
Pair it with some bread, and a salad and you’re good to go! Yum and done. Mmm!
