I whipped up these bad boys the other day & decided to take some photos to share it with you guys.
David direct quote: “Dinner sucked! These were awful. Just awful!” Which in David talk is how he compliments stuff. He’s weird, guys. I know that & I really feel like you should know that by now too.
Either way, even he thought they were good! Heck, even picky little Maddie thought they were good!
And let me just tell ya, they were.
You will need:
- Boneless pork chops
- 10 oz can of Cream of Mushroom soup
- Packet of Ranch dip
- Teaspoon of seasoning salt
Mix the last 3 together in a bowl.
Place the pork chops in your crock-pot and slather them with the mixture.
Let cook for about 8 hours. (My crock-pot has 4 settings. High -4 & 6 hours. Low – 8 & 10 hours) so it cooks all day long.
Serve over mashed potatoes. I bet rice would be good! I actually debated between mashed potatoes or wild rice. I also used some of the “gravy” in the crock-pot to pour over my potatoes and stuffing.
