Okay, the title may be exaggerating a little, but it is really good.
Anyone that knows me knows that I hate boned chicken. I HATE BONED CHICKEN!
Once when I was pregnant with Fin, I got a HUGE craving for some hot wings. I grabbed up an order of 10 of them, inhaled 6 of them, bit into a something gross, ran to the bathroom and threw up.
I hated boned chicken BEFORE that. That just made it all the worse.
So today I thought I’d share with you the boneless chicken my momma taught me how to make because she knows that I don’t do boned chicken.
For this, you will need:
About a cup of flour.
About a cup of milk.
(I honestly just eye ball it when I make them)
A pack of chicken tenders.
Seasoning of your choice. I usually use salt/pepper/garlic
Mix the egg/milk. Cut up the chicken into bite sized pieces. Put the flour in a bowl – season flour with seasoning.
Lay some paper towels over a glass plate. Fill your skillet about a quarter of an inch full of veggie oil on medium ish heat.
Run chicken pieces through the milk/egg mixture & then through the flour mixture and place strategically in the skillet.
Let cook on this side for about 10 minutes, then flip.
Cook until done.
Top with some salt & serve!
