I’ve shared a few tips before about how to instill healthier habits into your kids, how to choose healthier snacks, etc etc. BUT, basically — if you have it at home, it’ll get eaten. It starts with your shoping habits, really. Shop healthier, eat healthier. Stop buying the junk food that you don’t want in your house and replace it with healthier options. *shrugs* It is THAT simple. Monkey see, Monkey do. Your kids will eat what they watch you eat, they’ll live how they watch you live.
Be that role model for them. Show them how simple it is to snack healthy.
