Hey, hey, friends! Are you guys super excited that the Super Bowl is right around the corner?! Whether you’re a Super Bowl/football fan or not, I think we can all agree that we LOVE the Super Bowl foods. Haha. Maybe that’s just me, but I HIGHLY doubt it.
So, let’s chat some food today, shall we. One of my FAVORITE appetizer foods include wings! I love boneless, but my kiddos prefer boned. Owen especially… that boy is a meat eater, he devours the turkey legs everytime I ever make a turkey too.
We got to talking about Turkey legs and chicken legs one night, and the next thing you know I’m asked to make hot wings. all know that hot wings take a good minute to make though, and sometimes we just DO NOT have the time for that, huh?! So, Walmart here we come…..
We grabbed all three flavors to give each a fair chance.
While there, we also grabbed a few of Frank’s RedHot Sauces (and they did NOT disappoint!)
Fast foward to cooking them and sampling them!
As they were cooking and you could start to smell them, I knew they would be good! They definitely didn’t disappoint. Even this girl who prefers boneless went back for seconds!
Since it isn’t yet Super Bowl Sunday, we just paired ours with dinner – some veggies and macaroni and done
And just like that, they became our go-to hot wings.
Owen loved the Kickin’ BBQ. Me and Maddie picked the Buffalo. While Fin and David prefered the Original best. I always love seeing who enjoys which best as the kids grow up. It’s constantly chaning! Just a few weeks ago, Fin would have gone crazy over the BBQ ones.
Which do you think you’d prefer? Lucky for you, you can grab em from your local Walmart in the freezer section! We gave em two thumbs up and will be eating them again soon.
