Hi, friends. I hope you all are having a nice day. We are supposed to have some sunshine today and plan to take the kiddos to the dinosuar museum if the weather allows. (Colorado weather is funny and changes VERY fast and VERY often). If we do though, I’ll be sure to share some of it on my stories. (ambernmcccain is me on IG).
I wanted to pop in today and share a bit of our Easter decor with y’all. My favorite thrifted find is my little Easter tree, followed closely by the little bunny family
These little bunny fellas … aren’t they just cute?! One of my favorites decor thrifting finds to date! I was SO pleasantly surprised to find it not only had all of it’s pieces (a thrifting woe), but also contained that little carrot! So cute, so cute. The kids say that it’s our little family & that Owen is the carrot. HA!
Funny story, funny story … this is worded wrong. Did you catch that or did your brain autocorrect it? My brain totally autocorrected it. I was so focused on the lineup of the words that I didn’t even notice the mess up until my preteen son informed me the next morning. He got a BIG kick out of informing me too, in all his preteen glory. haha.
And now the real question is, how long will it stay like that until someone fixes it? It won’t be me that does, it’ll definitely be a kiddo that does it. I’m betting it accidentally gets fixed while a kiddo is messing with it to make my brain explode. One of their favorite pasttimes since I’ve hung this little letterboard here is changing it up over & over again to annoy each other and see how long til I fix it. Jokes on them though, I won’t. ha!
I quickly realized how slacking we are in the Easter decor department, but that is the struggle with thrifting … the waiting game.
All of our Easter goodies with the exception of the egg banner and the pointing sign were thrift finds. Those two were seasonally marked down from Target. I think we paid $1.15 for the sign and like $0.75 for the banner.
Do you have your Easter decor up yet? Do you decorate for all the seasons?
