Muffins are a huge hit in our house! They’re quick and simple to make, they go a long way, and everyone loves to grab & go. So today I thought I’d share with you my go-to muffin recipe. It’s easy, quick, and tasty!
You will need:
2.5 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c butter (melted and cooled)
1 c sugar
1 c milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
mini chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and milk.
Slowly combine the wet ingredients mixture into the dry ingredients.
Fold together, just combine the ingredients. Don’t overmix.
Add chocolate chips and stir them in. (I eyeball it)
Fill prepared muffin tin (I filled each a bit over 1/2 full)
Bake for 13-15 minutes (times vary depending on your oven)
Let sit & cool.
Serve & enjoy. Or store in an airtight container.
Makes 24 muffins.
