Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Bites
3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard, divided
2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 large boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 24 pieces
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into thirds
4 oz. CRACKER BARREL Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese, cut into 12 slices
24 RITZ Crackers
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Mix 2 tablespoons of mustard with 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce. Add your chicken pieces to a shallow baking dish. Coat chicken with mustard/Worcestershire mix and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat your broiler. Wrap the bacon strips around the chicken pieces and secure them together with toothpicks. Broil until bacon and chicken is done. The original recipe said 10 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until done, but for me it ended up taking about 25 minutes, so just watch them while they cook.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange crackers on a baking sheet, top with cheese slices. Bake 4-5 minutes.
Then, top with chicken, remaining mustard, and your chopped parsley.
In all seriousness, these little boogers were flippin’ delicious! I’m so glad that this is the recipe he picked for us to review! SO YUMMY!
Between all of us, these things lasted maybe 5 minutes! 24 little chicken bites were DEVOURED, you guys! Devoured in under 5 minutes!
