Are you a tea lover? Our household loves tea, but we all enjoy different varieties and flavors depending on our moods, the weather outside, what we’ve done that day, etc etc.
I love having these Celestial Teas on hand, whether it’s for the kids as an after-school drink or for mornings with friends, it’s just handy to have a variety… something for everyone. We’ve been loving these Celestial teas. And they’ve got something for everyone! I grabbed a sample pack last time I was at Walmart and it turned out to be the one my friend tried when she was in town over Mother’s day weekend. (more on the visit later!)
Owen, my 7-year-old loves that he can make his own tea. He asked me to teach him how to use the Keurig years ago to try to make me coffee one day (so sweet!) and since has made everyone cups of tea, or water anyway for them to make their own teas.
Most days we just use our Keurig to prep that hot water and everyone steam their own bags/flavors, but sometimes I like to grab a fun box and make a pitcher of cold tea with it. Unlike plain teas, Celestial is a more flavorful tea that does not require any sweetening and that is a HUGE deal in this house. We don’t do a lot of sugary treats or sweets.
Fun recipe for you:
(this is my husband’s favorite combo)
Country Peach Passion Celestial Tea (2 bags)
Bengal Spice Celestial Tea (2 bags)
Pour two cups of boiling water over them, let them steep. Add ice and enjoy.
You can up the water to make more if need be, but make sure to add in more tea bags too to balance out the tea/water ratio.
I plan to keep stocked up on these goodies all summer long, too! Summer break is QUICKLY coming around the corner – ours starts in less than 2 weeks. What about yours? These make for great little iced tea drinks, gallons for the whole family to enjoy or just to enjoy hot with your friend while she’s in town too. I grabbed mine from Walmart!
